For more than 30 years Pop Warner football and cheer has been a part of life in Holmdel. Boys and girls of all ages have enjoyed the camaraderie and sense of community that came from participating in this program, while at the same time learning the values of hard work, commitment and teamwork. In addition to the athletics, the Pop Warner organization places a strong emphasis on academics and this balance makes Pop Warner the most suitable venue for the children of Holmdel. Holmdel's Pop Warner successes include two cheer leading national championships, an Eastern Region championship and multiple Jersey Shore championships in football. Our boys and girls have made that magical trip to the Disney based National Championships on five occasions. Our long tradition continued in 2011 with the boys of the Jr. Midget team winning their second consecutive Jersey Shore Championship! GO HORNETS! |
